With a Master’s degree in Public Health, I’ve combined my knowledge of wellness with my love for sustainable living to support others on their journey to vibrant health. At Lettuce Eat Green, I am dedicated to providing valuable resources, expert guidance, and compassionate support to help you sustainably incorporate more plant-based meals into your diet, or transition to a fully plant-based lifestyle. You'll receive practical, useful information to make more informed choices about your diet and I will make sure you feel seen and valued as we begin our journey together. I am committed to sharing the knowledge and tools you need to succeed in your journey towards a healthier and more sustainable way of living.

I understand how daunting making lifestyle change can be, and I am here to encourage and support you every step of the way, and hold you accountable for achieving your goals. I specialize in coaching for plant-based eating, embracing seasonal and local foods, and cultivating your own backyard garden. Whether you’re just beginning to explore plant-based living or looking to deepen your connection with the earth through sustainable practices, I’m here to guide and empower you every step of the way.

Let’s work together to nourish your body, mind, and the planet!

Professional Qualifications

I hold a Master's in Public Health with a focus on Health Promotion and Health Behavior. I am trained in strategies to motivate and support folks in making lasting behavior change.

Personal Story

I became vegan in 2017 after learning about the detrimental planetary, human health, farm worker, and animal welfare impacts of factory farming practices. I am always learning and reading about plant-based living to ensure my clients receive the most up to date information. I've even encouraged a few friends to embark on a plant-based lifestyle journey with me. Check out my blog post to learn more about my personal story.
